A sought after, award-winning architecture and design studio are looking to hire a range of Urban Design Architects to join their talented masterplanning team. With projects around the globe, you will be working on an array of large-scale schemes across a variety of typologies.

You’ll play a key role at the concept stage, helping to shape transformational mixed-use and public realm projects with the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to large-scale urban design projects from early concept stages
- Create visuals and source imagery to support design concepts and presentations
- Produce Rhino models and support schematic design across mixed-use and public projects
- Coordinate with external consultants and wider architectural teams to develop cohesive solutions
Key Skills/Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Architecture and a Master’s in Urban Design
- At least 4+ years’ post-graduate experience, with exposure to international, large-scale projects
- Strong computational design skills and proficiency in Rhino
- Experience developing schematic design for complex, mixed-use, and public realm projects
- Working knowledge of Revit and Grasshopper is an advantage
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for shaping cities of the future

Working with architectural, urban design and graphics support you will enjoy a 'varied position' where responsibilitieswill include.

- Working with local authorities
- Street scenes
In order to be successful you will have experienceof working on housing projects and have a good understanding of the planning systems. You will have used either Vectorworks or AutoCAD and be able to work to tight timescales.

If you have 3 + years of experience within the UK residential sector, particularly in planning stages of projects for developer clients and regional housebuilders, have experience working and delivering across the planning stages of large scale residential projects then this could be a great opportunity to progress your career with an established and reputable practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret client briefs and produce detailed masterplans and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation.
- Work closely with the team to deliver residential, mixed-use developments and Urban design projects from concept through to completion.
- Collaborate with developers and consultants, ensuring high technical standards are maintained across projects.
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in residential or mixed-use projects with experience for developer clients or national housebuilders.
- Strong technical understanding of building regulations.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit - Essential
- Knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) and NDSS regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
