Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX strategy and UI design for digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX implementation.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
