This newly created role will support the ecommerce and wider sales teams by developing high-performing digital assets across DK Household Brands’ six-brand portfolio. The goal is to transform existing high-quality photography into optimised ecommerce content that drives engagement and conversion across all key digital touchpoints.

This includes designing and delivering:

  • Amazon image stacks
  • Amazon A+ content
  • Amazon Brand Store assets
  • Direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce imagery
  • Channel-specific image resizing and reformatting (e.g. for marketplaces like Kaufland, Bol, Walmart)
  • Digital marketing creatives
  • Email campaign visuals and banners

You’ll collaborate closely with ecommerce, marketing, and sales teams to ensure every asset meets brand standards, channel requirements, and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimise digital assets for ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, with a focus on Amazon (image stacks, A+ content, Brand Stores).
  • Adapt existing photography into high-converting imagery tailored to each channel and platform.
  • Produce channel-specific versions of visual content for D2C websites, online retailers, and marketplaces.
  • Design creative assets for digital marketing use, including paid media banners, email campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all assets are aligned with brand guidelines while tailored for digital performance and user experience.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously across different brands, responding to seasonal and campaign-driven needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs, understand commercial objectives, and deliver against key performance outcomes.
  • Continuously explore and test new design approaches to improve performance and user engagement.

Knowledge & Skills required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is essential.
  • Experience designing assets for Amazon and other digital retail platforms, with an understanding of conversion levers and content standards.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce content best practices, particularly for marketplaces and mobile-first experiences.
  • Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills - able to communicate value through imagery.
  • Familiarity with requirements for resizing and formatting images across different digital platforms and devices.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of concurrent projects across multiple brands with competing timelines.
  • Collaborative and communicative, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and ecommerce teams.

Additional requirements:

  • A portfolio showcasing digital design work, ideally with examples of ecommerce or product-based content.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, adaptive environment where requirements may shift.
  • Willingness to learn and stay current with digital trends, tools, and platform requirements.
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or D2C ecommerce is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of motion design or video tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus, but not essential.

This is a full-time hybrid role based at our Farnborough office 3 days per week, and 2 days from home.
