The Building Design team works on a mix of commercial projects, universities, schools, various other public sector buildings as well as residential projects.

The Position

Your role will consist primarily of design development working within the Engineering Consultancy Team.

  • To develop tender issue design documentation it is expected that you would be working with building owners to obtain necessary existing building information;
  • li>Undertaking detailed site surveys of existing systems; advising building owners on additional surveys and specialist input;
