Job Description

Permanent

At Treatwell, we believe self-care should be effortless. And we’re on a mission to make booking beauty and wellness treatments as easy as ordering your morning flat white. We’re in an exciting phase; filled with fresh energy, big ideas and plans to build the next generation of the Treatwell brand, and the industry around it.

We’ve recently built an in-house creative team to match our ambition; and we’re looking for a Creative Design Lead to head up the team and shape the way we show up in the world.

Reporting to our Head of Brand, you’ll lead the creative direction of our brand across 17 European markets; working across brand campaigns, digital performance, product comms, content, and more. From high-level vision to detailed execution, you’ll set the design standard, push the creative work, and help the team grow.

This is a design-focused role. You’ll be the creative visionary in the room; bringing to life our visual identity, leading design execution, and making sure our ideas don’t just look great, but resonate with clarity, impact, and purpose. You’ll collaborate across teams and disciplines, balancing creative design with business goals; and transforming briefs into compelling visual experiences.

We’re not looking for someone to just keep the engine running. We’re looking for someone to help us elevate how Treatwell visually communicates, connects, and grows.

You will be responsible for:
  • Leading creative across the brand: Campaigns, launches, content, paid, CRM, internal comms; you’ll help shape how we visually present ourselves, wherever we show up. This will include 360 creative across TV, OOH, Digital, and Social.
  • Being hands-on in the creative process: This is a role for someone who still loves getting into the tools and the craft. Whether it's refining a design, perfecting motion graphics, or sketching out initial concepts, you’ll actively create and execute alongside your team.
  • Managing and mentoring the creative team: Designers, motion designers, and visual artists; you’ll set direction, build design capabilities, and help them produce the best work of their careers, all while still rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the design process.
  • Being the go-to for big briefs: You’ll lead on our major campaigns and cross-functional projects, from concept through to final delivery, ensuring they’re beautifully executed with a strong visual impact.
  • Championing creative consistency: Across all touchpoints, you’ll help maintain and evolve a brand that feels cohesive, modern, and scalable, driving design innovation.
  • Understanding the nuances of each platform: You’ll know when something requires exceptional craft to elevate the brand, and when something should feel more platform-native to drive attention, engagement, and clicks.
  • Collaborating across the business: You’ll work closely with brand, marketing, product, and performance teams to ensure design thinking is embedded throughout the customer journey and brand experience.
  • Keeping it digital-first: You understand the nuances of digital design for paid social, email, web, and performance design; and how to adapt great design to every format. Building the connection between our product (app) and marketing.
About you:
    • 7+ years’ experience in a creative design role, with time spent leading design teams in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
    • A potfolio that demonstrates sharp design thinking across campaigns, content, and digital channels, with a focus on innovative visual solutions.
    • Proven experience leading in-house design teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, cohesive brand visuals.
    • Strong creative instincts with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and calm to a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
    • A hands-on leader; just as comfortable crafting the work as you are guiding others and refining creative output.
    • A passion for design-driven brand-building, with a strong visual eye and a strategic mindset.
    • Portfolio required: We want to see big ideas, sharp visual thinking, and beautifully crafted design work. Show us campaigns you’ve led, digital platforms you’ve built, and creative that made a tangible impact. We want to see how you think, how you lead design teams, and how you bring a brand to life visually across channels. . Strategy, ideation, execution; bring it all.
