You Are
You're an experienced product designer with a sophisticated eye for visual design, typography, colour, and layout , and a deep understanding of interaction design . You think in systems, thrive on collaboration, and bring a strong grounding in accessibility standards while focusing primarily on visual and interaction excellence. You are motivated to support adoption of scalable design components and semantic tokens across libraries and codebases, while working closely with cross?functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and evolve design system components for Android, iOS, and Web, ensuring they are visually refined, scalable, and accessible to basic WCAG standards.
- Translate UX/UI intent into atomic components that balance aesthetic quality with functional robustness.
- Conduct design reviews of coded components and contribute interaction and micro-interaction patterns that improve usability.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure components are design?ready and practical across platforms.
