About the Role

Broadway Malyan are hiring a number of urban design positions. The role

Your role will involve working as part of team on projects from concept to completion, responsible for producing schedules, sourcing and specifying products and materials, production of mood board, presenting to clients and preparing detailed drawings, designs and plans. The projects you will work on are luxury residences in the UK and internationally.


Required skills & experience

  • A recognised Interior Design/ Interior Architecture qualification
  • Experienced working on projects in the Luxury Residential market
  • FF&E background
  • Strong understanding of the full design process and on-site experience
  • Experience and confidence in running and delivering projects from initial design concept to handover, and everything in between

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop 3D B2B exhibition booths, event spaces, and branded environments from concept through to delivery.
  • Produce high-quality 3D visuals, renders, and presentations for pitches and client reviews.
  • Translate client briefs and brand objectives into impactful, engaging spatial experiences .
  • Collaborate with project managers, producers, and build partners to ensure creative accuracy and technical feasibility.
  • Create technical drawings, floor plans, and build packs for production and installation.

  • Stay up to date with materials, finishes, and sustainable design trends in booth and event production.


Skills & Experience

  • Experience in 3D design for B2B exhibitions, booths, events, or experiential environments (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or Vectorworks , plus Adobe Creative Suite .
  • Excellent understanding of spatial layout, visitor flow, and B2B brand storytelling .
  • Confident presenting creative ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for innovation and design excellence.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and fabrication processes .
  • Technical ability is a bonus , particularly experience preparing production drawings or collaborating with fabrication teams.


Desirable:

  • Experience with Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or VR/AR tools.

This is a design-focused role. You’ll collaborate across teams and disciplines, balancing creative design with business goals; and transforming briefs into compelling visual experiences.

You will be responsible for:
  • Leading creative across the brand: Campaigns, launches, content, paid, CRM, internal comms; you’ll help shape how we visually present ourselves, wherever we show up. This will include 360 creative across TV, OOH, Digital, and Social.
  • Being hands-on in the creative process: This is a role for someone who still loves getting into the tools and the craft. Whether it's refining a design, perfecting motion graphics, or sketching out initial concepts, you’ll actively create and execute alongside your team.
  • Managing and mentoring the creative team: Designers, motion designers, and visual artists; you’ll set direction, build design capabilities, and help them produce the best work of their careers, all while still rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the design process.
  • Being the go-to for big briefs: You’ll lead on our major campaigns and cross-functional projects, from concept through to final delivery, ensuring they’re beautifully executed with a strong visual impact.
  • Championing creative consistency: Across all touchpoints, you’ll help maintain and evolve a brand that feels cohesive, modern, and scalable, driving design innovation.
  • Understanding the nuances of each platform: You’ll know when something requires exceptional craft to elevate the brand, and when something should feel more platform-native to drive attention, engagement, and clicks.
