Job Description
I’m working with an ambitious and well-established property company that already manages a diverse high value portfolio - and they’re aiming to double it in the next five years.
To make it happen, they’re creating a brand new Development role. This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly formed position where you’ll set the direction, build the function, and deliver projects that will help to define the next chapter of the business.
Working closely with the acquisitions team, you’ll take a portfolio of projects from planning through to exit, with around 30% of your time focused on land acquisition. You’ll have the autonomy to lead your way, backed by the vision and support of the company’s founders.
Current pipeline is includes Industrial, Retail, Commercial, Residential & Student Accommodation so would suit those coming from a varied background.
If a mega portfolio & pipeline wasn't enough, this business has built a vibrant culture of high performing individuals to rub shoulders with, bounce ideas around and ultimately a fun environment to work in.
