Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging business systems training across virtual and face-to-face formats.
- Lead induction programmes aligned with the firm’s L&D strategy.

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design tailored learning interventions.
- Assist in the creation and quality assurance of electronic learning materials.
