Key Responsibilities:
Service & Delivery
* Carry out planned modification programmes and reactive maintenance on diesel engines
* Prepare jobs in advance (tools, parts, documentation) and liaise directly with the customer
* Operate independently in the field, delivering safe, high-quality work on customer sites
* Record all work completed accurately and in line with internal procedures
Customer Focus
* Act as the first point of contact on site, resolving minor customer issues and escalating where needed
* Maintain professional relationships and uphold the clients reputation as a trusted industry partner
* Identify opportunities for additional work or service improvement and report to management
Role Details & Benefits:
