The Role

As Digital Analytics & Insight Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of their Site Optimisation strategy — helping shape the entire digital customer experience.


You’ll:

  • Own digital reporting and deliver insights that shape trading, strategy, and customer experience
  • Analyse customer journeys across search, navigation, PLPs, PDPs, and funnel performance
  • Partner with UX, Digital Product, Marketing, and Customer Analytics to improve site performance
  • Support experimentation — helping build a test-and-learn culture across digital teams
  • Use tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Power BI to measure, optimise, and report performance


Your Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who’s:

  • Experienced in digital analytics within a fast-paced retail or ecommerce environment
  • Confident using GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
  • Comfortable building dashboards and reports using Power BI
