As the Digital Design Manager, you will lead the enhancement of our digital shelf and media content across Europe, focusing on consumer experience and click-through performance. You will oversee the strategy, creation and optimization of digital assets (static/video), ensuring brand alignment, purpose-fit and measurable impact.

Usage: Digital Shelf (Carousel, Product Detail Page, Brand/ Category Page), Banners, Paid Display, CRM, Paid Social etc.

Here's a sample of what you'll get up to:
1. **Digital Content Strategy**
1. Partner with Ads/ eCommerce Trading Managers to create a data-led content strategy for performance media and digital shelf, regularly shape to improve effectiveness and efficiency
2. **Digital Content Creation**
1. Manage internal/ external teams to deliver high quality assets on time, exceeding standards and driving improvements on key performance metrics (click through rate, conversion rate, Average Order Value, incremental ROAS & CAC)
2. Work closely with Brand Marketing to ensure assets aligned with brand strategy, visual identity and creative guidelines
3. **Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimisation**
1. Lead weekly A/B testing and optimization, distilling learnings into actionable format and sharing best practice across teams for rapid adoption
4. **Process Development & Improvement**
1. Establish and refine content production workflows from creative development to testing and optimization
2. Build aligned & effective processes to accelerate speed-to-market and enhance cross-functional collaboration
5. **Stakeholder, Team, Agency Management**
1. Act as the go-to expert for digital content for the region, educating and aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and external partners
2. Coach and manage internal/ external teams and challenge agencies to continuously raise performance standards

+ Min 5 years in similar roles from eCommerce/ performance media agencies (preferably Amazon), with experience in Beauty & Personal Care
