Highly regarded Print organisation in the Large Format Digital, Graphics, Exhibition Displays & Signage arena seek an experienced Print Finisher to work within their motivated and dynamically growing production team.
As an experienced Large Format Print Finisher, you must have core experience drawn from working in the Large Format Signage, Graphics, POS, Exhibition and Displays digital print arena, ideally with comprehensive experience in various finishing techniques such as Mounting, laying up of vinyls to multiple substrates, Laminating, Routing, Zund Cutting & Matic Stitching, plus the experience of operating Vutek, Flat bed and roll to roll UV printers would be beneficial.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (training provided where needed):
- Operating Large format flat bed and roll to roll UV printers li>Zund cutting and routing
- Laminating
- Vinyl cutting
- Mounting and laying up of vinyl's to various substrates
- Mounting large vinyl's to substrates with wrapped edges
- Banner making with taped hems and eyelets
- Matic stitching machine
Experience required:
- Experience with operating large format printers.
- Experience with large format finishing.
- Forklift licence useful but not essential - Training can be provided
- Fitting experience would be advantageous but not essential for the role
A high level of attention to detail, with excellent communication and organisational skills are critical in the effective delivery of this role, along with exceptional planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with our web and marketing team to bring brand concepts to life.
As part of the web team, you'll collaborate with 7 skilled colleagues across web design, IT, and marketing. You'll be part of a creative, supportive team that will develop your skills and help you contribute towards driving the company forward.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and photograph products, post process images and integrate into digital, web and printed marketing.
- Create visual designs and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with web team to create and/or update content on the websites.
- Organise and conduct on-site product photography for customer installs.
- Collaboratively develop and execute graphic design concepts for images, datasheets, websites, brochures, emails, videos, packaging, social media, and more.

Part of the Engineering function, the Creative Design Technician will provide the required CAD technical support and drawings to Client Services, Packaging Operations, Distribution and Business Development. This will involve 3D concept designs for quotations, tool designs, packaging and kit design, manufacturing drawings for suppliers, and producing instructional drawings for operations. Ability to turn designs and drawings into animations, for clients, sales and business development. Focus on continuous improvement & innovation in conjunction with the engineering team. Day to day project management in technical drawing completion.
**Responsibilities:**
The role carries responsibility for the support in the engineering department of "innovative" technology to support the Manufacturing process development.
+ Packaging and tool design, sample ordering and project management
+ Ensuring the design of printed packaging components are fit for purpose, meet client expectation, whilst providing maximum efficiency & regulatory requirements
+ Maintain awareness of current applicable regulations and technical advances within a GxP environment
+ Maintain awareness of current process improvements at other Thermofisher locations
+ Assist with department and inter-departmental cross training in best practice
+ Provide technical and visual communications across the company as requested (Animations, presentations, banners and posters)
+ Maintain technical knowledge through continuous professional development
+ Occasional requirement to present design concepts to clients, both internal and external.
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will have a background within engineering in the pharmaceutical industry.
