In this role, you'll take ownership of digital strategy across CRM, paid media and loyalty programmes , leading a small team and working closely with the wider marketing function to deliver engaging, sales-driving campaigns.
The Role:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead the CRM strategy across pubs and hotels, developing campaigns that are personalised, relevant and effective.
- Manage the relationship with Acteol , ensuring the platform is optimised and delivering maximum value.
- Support the roll out and day-to-day management of the loyalty programme and membership scheme , creating and monitoring customer communications.
- Set up, test and maintain automated CRM journeys including welcome, pre- and post-stay, birthdays, reviews and more.
- Lead the Paid Advertising team across social, search, display and maps, ensuring all campaigns are on brand, optimised and deliver ROI.
- Support and train Area Sales & Marketing Co-ordinators and pub teams in digital best practice.
- Analyse reporting to shape strategy, measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
About you:
- 4+ years' experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, digital advertising and analytics.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta for Business.
- A track record of making data-driven decisions and optimising campaign performance.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience in loyalty programmes and/or hospitality marketing would be a real advantage.

Key Responsibilities
