Product & Content Marketing Lead
AdTech | Gaming | London or Remote | up to £70,000
In 2020, a small group of entrepreneurs set out to redefine how brands connect with players. They believed advertising inside video games should never interrupt the experience but instead become part of it. Out of that belief, a new kind of ad tech company was born, one that blends creativity, technology, and respect for the player to create truly immersive and engaging brand moments.
Since then, the business has evolved into a global leader in in-game advertising. From London to New York and Paris, its technology is powering seamless integrations across some of the world’s most dynamic gaming environments, bridging the gap between brands and billions of players worldwide. After raising $8M in 2022 and reaching profitability in 2024, the company is now scaling rapidly, entering an exciting new phase of growth that will define the future of advertising within games.
That is where you come in.
They are looking for a Product & Content Marketing Lead , a creative storyteller with a strong commercial instinct, to shape how the world sees, understands, and engages with their technology. Reporting to the Global CRO, you will take full ownership of product messaging, content strategy, and storytelling across all channels. From refining the company’s positioning and developing new narratives to crafting marketing assets that resonate with brands, agencies, and publishers, you will be at the centre of how this business tells its story.
Working alongside a team of passionate entrepreneurs, you will have the freedom to experiment, build, and influence. You will lead the creation and distribution of all marketing content, from thought leadership pieces and website copy to sales enablement collateral and partner materials. Every message, every asset, and every campaign will carry your fingerprints, helping the company strengthen its global voice and stand apart in the fast-moving world of gaming and ad tech.
You will thrive here if you are equally at ease talking to product engineers as you are presenting to clients. If you can translate complex technology into simple, inspiring narratives, and if you love the challenge of working in a dynamic, global start-up environment.
You will bring at least three years of marketing experience in media, ad tech, or gaming, a deep understanding of how technology businesses communicate value, and the creative flair to craft compelling messages that move people.
If you are ready to take ownership of a brand that is changing how the world experiences advertising and help write the next chapter in its journey, this could be your opportunity.
