We are a global and diverse team, with our headquarters in London (UK), and offices in Newcastle (UK), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Boston (US).

About the role

Enabling growth and optimised user experiences while ensuring our products and services remain compliant is a primary driver. You will play a key role in delivering commercially focussed client and business compliance outcomes as we scale our capabilities, working closely with our product, engineering, Compliance and account management teams out of our London office.

You will be responsible for the compliance product roadmap, vision and strategy, translating compliance requirements into delivery, and designing and automating compliant user journeys for both internal tools and client‑facing products and services.

We are looking for someone who is a proactive self-starter, can operate independently with degrees of ambiguity, and is ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done. Curiosity, a drive to learn, and problem-solving ability will be critical in the role.

Being able to move up and down levels of abstraction from high level client needs to detailed engineering requirements will be important. You will need to be comfortable or curious with using AI tooling to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping and agentic workflow automation.

In the role you will:

  • Own compliance outcomes and the compliance roadmap - own vision and compliance outcomes that enable growth and optimised user experiences, while ensuring our products and services remain compliant; continuously refine the backlog, milestones and risks for KYC/KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring, safeguarding and consumer duty features.

  • Translate rules into delivery - write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria; align sprint goals with external deadlines.

  • Design user journeys and APIs - create flows and wireframes for client‑facing interfaces and internal tooling; drive API enhancement and development; balance UX, compliance and commercial impact.

  • Drive automation for first‑line controls and processes - target maximum hands‑off execution / STP via rules engines, workflow tooling and policy‑as‑code.

  • Manage stakeholders and communicate change impacts - align stakeholders and prioritisation; keep internal teams and clients informed on how releases affect them.

  • Manage delivery and surface risks - manage dependencies, highlight critical paths, and ensure on‑time execution and delivery.

  • Leverage AI - research and prototype with AI / LLM tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Lovable, Cursor, etc.; orchestrate agentic workflows with N8N, LangChain, etc.

  • Engage clients and partners - run discovery calls and feedback loops to validate that solutions scale across use cases and geographies.

What you will need:

  • 3-5+ years in a Product role, or high‑performing Business Analyst / Project Manager roles with a product thinking mindset, delivering regulated client‑facing APIs/UIs and internal tooling - ideally in a fintech, tech company, financial services company, or bank (financial services industry experience preferred but not essential)

  • Compliance domain knowledge or experience in the financial services industry (e.g. UK EMI & Payments regs, FCA Consumer Duty, EU PSD2/3 & PSR, U.S. BSA/AML & state MTL) (preferred but not essential)

  • Experience building tech products at the heart of the action - working directly with engineers, talking to clients, engaging with internal stakeholders and external third parties, and progressing requirements through the end-to-end development lifecycle

  • Experience working and building with API-first solutions , and familiarity with API concepts (cloud concepts are a nice to have but not essential)

  • Experience working in an agile / scrum environment and continuously reviewing client and business needs, opportunities, priorities, milestones and deliverables, and compliance and operational risks

  • Experience with client-centric development and the ability to empathise with clients and users to deliver world-class user experiences and usability (UX/visual design skills are a nice to have but not essential)

  • Experience with AI solutions and the ability to research and prototype with AI / LLM tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Lovable, Cursor, etc., and orchestrate agentic workflows with N8N, LangChain, etc.

  • English fluency is required for both speaking and writing

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill s, and the ability to understand and concisely explain complex concepts

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills , and high self-motivation and the ability to manage your own time effectively
