The successful candidate will be a qualified and experienced Scrum Master with experience of delivering both software development and solution delivery in an Agile lifecycle, often to challenging timescales.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Act as a servant leader, facilitating all team ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
+ Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, adhering to Agile and Scaled Agile Framework best practice.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure a clear and actionable backlog.
+ Track and report on Sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
+ Identify and remove impediments to team progress.

**Required Skills**

+ Demonstrable experience of asset and knowledge discovery supporting the creation of knowledge articles.
+ Demonstrable experience of the facilitations of Agile ceremonies, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.
+ Demonstrable experience of measuring the effectiveness of team Sprints.
+ Demonstrable experience in working with Product Owners to identify, deliver and prioritise activities required to build the product backlog.
