Join Anglian Water's Project Management Graduate Programme and play a key role in delivering safe and effective maintenance and engineering services across Anglian Water. As part of Central Services, we provide a professional, high performing, collaborative and cost-effective service to our colleagues across the business and supporting them in delivery of our business plan objectives.
As a Project Manager Graduate, you'll work with our capital investment and service delivery teams. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Your work will involve:
- Championing a culture of safety excellence, with full compliance to CDM regulations and industry-leading standards
- Delivery of efficient and effective risk reduction outcomes through structured and strategic investment processes.
- Managing contractors and collaborating with stakeholders and operational teams
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities
- Preparation of accurate financial forecasts and reports to maintain strong commercial governance

Join Anglian Water's Project Management Graduate Programme and play a key role in shaping the future of water resources in the East of England. As part of our draft Water Resources Management Plan 2024, we've identified significant long-term challenges in meeting water demand across our region. To address this, we're developing:
- Two desalination plants in Lincolnshire and Norfolk
- An Advanced Water Recycling (AWR) plant in Colchester
To lead the early development of these and other major infrastructure projects, we've established a new team: Programme Development. This team is responsible for driving projects from initial concept through to handover for delivery - a truly unique opportunity to be part of something transformative.
As a Project Manager Graduate, you'll be at the heart of our major infrastructure programme, supporting the early development of complex, high-impact projects. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

- Driving external governance processes with regulators
- Engaging with academic partners to explore new technologies and best practices

Kickstart your career within our Project Management Graduate Programme and take part in one of the most ambitious infrastructure programmes in the UK water sector.
The Reservoirs Programme is a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project, delivering two major raw water reservoirs - Fens and Lincs Reservoirs - along with their associated infrastructure. These projects are critical to securing sustainable water supplies for generations across the East of England and East Midlands. As part of this nationally significant infrastructure project, you'll help shape critical infrastructure and contribute to the strategy for the construction of the Reservoirs.
As a Graduate Project Manager, you'll be embedded within our Programme Management Team from day one, working alongside expert partners and gaining hands-on experience in:
Planning and stakeholder engagement
Risk management and project delivery
Development Consent Order (DCO) process
Construction planning and programme controls
You'll rotate across key workstreams including design and engineering, environment, land and property, legal, planning, commercial, finance, and procurement. You'll gain hands-on experience across these workstreams, developing a broad skill set through a project management lens. You'll work alongside subject matter experts, contributing to areas such as Construction Design and Management (CDM), health, safety and wellbeing, contract and commercial management, change control, cost forecasting, budget tracking, schedule management, and quality assurance. This role offers exposure to both functional and technical disciplines, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. Required
- Desired Skills: In depth knowledge of Life Sciences Domain with special focus on Clinical development and Pharmacovigilance/ Regulatory Compliance.

- 8 - 9 years as Argus Safety Techno Functional Consultant experience with Data Migration experience
Preferred
- Understanding customer business processes / requirements and analyzing their feasibility with respect to Life Sciences feature and functionalities.
- Ability to work with business users in translating / defining system specifications.
- Familiarity with the development life cycle and its implementation, Familiarity with global development model.
- Very good knowledge of Oracle Argus Safety and Argus J with special focus on E2B area.
- Requirements gathering and analysis, functional design, providing functional support to development and testing teams
- Provide ongoing Maintenance and Support activities, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs.
- Understanding of implementation approach and use of implementation methodology.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with application development and support teams regarding issues.
- Experience in working with offshore team and ensuring a daily onsite-offshore interaction.
- Ability to work in multiple projects.
- Analyzing feasibility and impact of various Enhancements/Change Requirements (CRs) on existing configurations, before implementing the same
- Good understanding of Compliance and GxP Regulatory processes.
