**Your Role Accountabilities.**

The Social Media Executive plays a key role in growing the Millbank Group’s online presence, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with target audiences across social platforms. The role involves creating and managing social content, supporting digital campaigns, and monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement.

Your duties and responsibilities will be

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Millbank’s presence across key platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others as needed.
  • li>Develop and schedule creative, engaging, and brand-aligned content using tools like Hootsuite or native schedulers.
  • Ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

2. Content Creation

  • Create engaging visual and written content for posts including graphics, videos, and infographics.
  • Work with the Managing Director and internal teams to source ideas, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Stay up to date with content trends to ensure Millbank’s content remains relevant and engaging.

3. Campaign Support

    < i>Support the execution of social media campaigns aligned with business and recruitment goals.
  • Assist in the promotion of job opportunities, case studies, blog posts, and company news.
  • Collaborate with other departments to highlight consultant success stories, client wins, and events.

4. Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTRs) to evaluate performance.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Insights, etc., to generate regular performance reports.
  • Make content and scheduling recommendations based on insights and trends.

5. Brand and Employer Reputation

  • Support the development of employer brand messaging to attract candidates and highlight Millbank’s culture.
  • < i>Help maintain a positive brand reputation by engaging in meaningful dialogue with followers and the wider industry.

6. Research and Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Recommend new features, platforms, or content types to test or introduce.

You will have the following qualifications and experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content role.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express) and confidence in using social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creativity and a good eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage content calendars and deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset — able to interpret social metrics and apply learnings.

It's great if you also have the following

    < i>Experience in B2B or recruitment sector marketing.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools 
  • li>Understanding of SEO and how social media content supports wider digital strategies.
