The Senior Director, Digital Technology is responsible for setting and driving the overall technology vision and strategy of the organization. As a key member of the leadership team, this role defines and leads the development and execution of the digital technology initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. Your role

We are looking for tech passionate individuals who want to start their career as an apprentice in the IT industry. You will be joining a business area working for our largest UK public sector client working with inspiring experts from which you can learn from and enjoy the career opportunities this brings. You will be joining a community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business. On joining, you will be assigned to start in one of the following roles.
Insights and Data (I&D)
- Build secure, scalable data pipelines using modern tools and cloud platforms.
 - Create dashboards, automate testing, and support data governance.
 - Work on cloud migration, real-time streaming, and analytics solutions.
 
Custom Software Development (CSD)
- Develop software using popular languages and frameworks.
 - Gain experience with cloud, databases, DevOps, and secure coding.
 - Collaborate on public sector tech projects with agile teams.
 
Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
- Configure and integrate SAP systems to meet business needs.
 - Support users, test solutions, and maintain documentation.
 - Continuously learn and apply SAP best practices.
 
This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford or Worthing. As such you will need to be based within a commutable distance to your chosen office where you should expect to typically be in our office 3 days a week. Your skills and experience
To be eligible, you need:
7 GCSEs including Maths and English grades 4-9
Plus, one of the following:
- 3 A*-C at A-level (NOTE: AS Levels are not included)
 - Completed Advanced Apprenticeship
 - BTEC (Pass, Pass, Distinction minimum)
