The Role:

**Patient First Digital Solutions (PFDS) Digital Implementation Manager II**
Join our Patient First Digital Solutions (PFDS) team as a Digital Implementation Manager II at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, you will help revolutionise patient care through innovative digital technologies, making a real-world impact and gaining valuable career skills.
**Responsibilities**
+ Acts as subject matter expert for digital solutions and services both for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Assists in internal process and improvement initiatives.
+ Directs the technical and operational aspects of the digital solutions in scope of award and seeks guidance from management, as needed.
+ Works with major functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project, interpret data on complex issues, makes sound business decisions and ensure solutions are implemented. Works to ensure all project deliverables meet the customer's time/quality/cost expectations.
+ Coordinates activities of all functional departments (data management, programmers, testers, global clinical supplies, etc.) and vendors (translation, technology, copyright holders, etc.) involved in the project.
+ Acts as principal liaison between Sponsor and PPD by facilitating the flow of information between PPD and client. Provides Sponsor with timely project updates, project related fiscal information, ensures correct protocol interpretations, and obtains direction and feedback on implementing scope of work.
+ Works closely with finance and legal to handle all financial and contractual aspects of the study including establishing and recognising financial landmarks for invoice and subcontractor purposes, subcontracting with third-party service providers, approving subcontractor invoices.
+ Works closely with management to provide details for the development and progress of contract modifications, as needed.
+ Ensures that appropriate training needs are occurring for the team members as needed.
+ Provides training and guidance to others as needed.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related Science field, or possess relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
+ Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
+ Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle specific to Digital solutions.
+ Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Reservoir Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing oil and gas field performance through advanced analytical techniques and digital technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing reservoir management strategies, conducting detailed reservoir characterization studies, and utilizing simulation software to predict future production scenarios. You will also be instrumental in evaluating new technologies and workflows to enhance recovery and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex reservoir simulation studies and economic analysis.
  • Develop integrated reservoir models incorporating geological, geophysical, and engineering data.
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and optimize field development plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, geophysicists, and production engineers, to ensure alignment on reservoir objectives.
