**Summary**
The ESI (Employer Services International) Commercial Operations Director is responsible for developing, executing and managing projects, programs and initiatives that support our the ESI Sales Organisation. The role will be responsible for developing and managing the strategy to provide key business analytics and insights to support our sales performance management and operational goals.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
- Working with the WW data insights team build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
- Partner with Sales Leaders on visibility of evaluating performance/KPI's via internal analytic tools, presenting written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to various stakeholders as required
- Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritisation, approval, etc.
- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects using various data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities.
- Act as the policy point of escalation for all BU's
- Developing, executing and managing projects, programs and initiatives that support ESI Sales
- Perform special projects/ ad-hoc operational requests as assigned
**Experience:**
- Business Excellence, BPI or Lean track record of delivery
- Leadership experience of teams in a matrix organization
- Data Analytics (Six Sigma, Predictive Analysis, Market Analytics)
- Project management qualifications preferred
- Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge CRM or Data System (eg Siebel / SFDC) including, data management skills
- Proficient in business English and a secondary language, both oral and written an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of creating and updating Tableau reports

Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for defining overall Cx analytics strategy , roadmap, implementation and operations for Cx analytical capabilities and products within ViiV.
  • Partnering closely with global brand teams, and ViiV digital/Cx organization and regional Cx and D&A organization, to support aligned roadmaps to enable Omnichannel powerhouse ambitions across Cx.
  • Collaborate with D&A colleagues in Performance Analytics, Data and AI for alignment of Cx strategy and vision with overall dashboard, data, AI product roadmaps and strategy.

 Experience/Skill Requirements


  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years in leading and enabling Customer Experience (Cx) analytics and Omnichannel capability development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in pharma / life sciences sector, or in consumer health.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong focus on Cx/Omnichannel with specific expertise in data, analytics, and AI enablement. Note: This role does not require setting up SFMC or Adobe-based capabilities and platforms.
