**The Team:**
Issuer Solutions Sales team is a dynamic group with a high degree of expertise and specialist experience in the Investor Relations market. Highly collaborative and with a big emphasis on teamwork to meet and exceed our goals
**Responsibilities and Impact:**
+ The successful candidate will be a member of the Sales team and will work closely with Product, Client Services, Account Management and Marketing to drive initiatives and campaigns.
+ Ability to sell and understand Investor Relations services solutions including CRM, Targeting, Capital Surveillance and Perception Studies knowledge of M&A and Sustainability solutions
+ Keep connected to the local IR Society in territory and any market changes and regulatory requirements for our target market
+ Lead discussions with clients and prospects, including relevant product experts as needed
+ Work closely with the Sales Leadership and Product Management Teams to help build and shape product roadmap and client feedback
+ Development and execution of a sales strategy with an emphasis on increasing revenue within both existing and new clients within the defined territory
+ Relationship maintenance and development with key clients
+ Building and maintaining a solid pipeline, developing proposals, structuring agreements, and managing sophisticated relationships
+ Collaborate to cross-sell within broader Market Intelligence Division
**Basic Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 10 years of sales experience and/or business development experience
+ New Business selling and proof of exceeding quota annually each year, ability to manage a sales closure cycle effectively and efficiently
+ Pipeline management of opportunities and stakeholder management
+ Knowledge and experience of IR Business needs

+ Ability to present information, handle detail, influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels of the organization
+ Clear and succinct written communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills, ability to summarize meeting notes, next actions, and follow-up questions

Job Description
The Partner Solutions Group is responsible for Hayfin’s capital formation, product development and client service activity. The objective of this role is to deliver on PSG and firm objectives by supporting the maintenance and enhancement of relationships and communications with both existing and prospective institutional investors. The Product Strategy team focuses on supporting relationship managers in their marketing efforts, providing regular reporting for all of Hayfin’s funds and SMAs and responding to information requests received from investors through due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposal and ad hoc questions. The role will have direct engagement with current investors as well as direct involvement in the business development and fundraising efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Development & Strategy
- Create and develop existing content for marketing and due diligence materials such as PPMs, pitch books, and DDQs alongside other members of the Opportunistic Strategies team
- Build credible working knowledge of the Opportunities Strategies’ investments, developments and market dynamics
- Manage product lifecycle from pre-launch to final close, with a focus on understanding of fund structures and LP negotiations, and establishing a basic understanding of competitor terms and landscape
- Assist Coverage in creating a global marketing strategy pre-launch, acting as a project management throughout the fundraising process
- Provide best in class client service to existing partners, exhibiting sound judgement when handling LP matters
- Liaise across functions to obtain and synthesize information from the investment teams, legal, tax, operations, finance and accounting teams to deliver on client objectives and enhance client experience
Relationship Management Support
- Day to day ad hoc communication with clients (email, telephone, in person)
- Prepare presentations, handouts, analysis and briefing packs ahead of client meetings
- Participation in and contribute to face-to-face client meetings when needed
- Work with senior team members to develop and maintain project plans for major/ongoing initiatives
Requirements
Required
- Minimum 4 years experience of which at least 2 years in private credit
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as numerical and analytical skills
- Relevant undergraduate degree (finance, economics, business etc.)
- Intermediate Excel: formulas, pivot tables, basic data management techniques
Preferred
- Working knowledge of opportunistic private credit strategies
- Experience in marketing, sales, client communication etc.
- Technical financial modelling and analysis training and experience

The Head of Investor Relations - Europe supports the Global Head of Investor Relations and is a key contact for the allocator and investment consultant community, communicating the company strategy, opportunities and business initiatives.

With the responsibility for building the audience for IR conferences by doing outreach, conducting face-to-face meetings and attending conferences. This role will work closely with the team and Global Head of Investor Relations on developing and executing numerous initiatives : filling various programs with speakers and building out advisory boards, while managing the European IR team, thinking creatively in order to attract investors and consultants by implementing investor-only initiatives and working closely with the Program Directors.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with allocators and investment consultants through face-to-face meetings, phone calls and attendance at conferences in order to stay current on investor initiatives and priorities

- Managing the European IR team and leading on best practices, processes, etc.
- Keep up to date with industry and market trends, people moves, new investment strategies and headlines

Requirements
- Proven experience and understanding of working in the Investor Relations industry
- Established relationships with with allocators and investment consultants in Europe
- An excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client’s needs and brainstorm creative way to fulfil them either through sessions, panels, surveys, investor case studies, etc.
- Have the initiative to stay up to date with market trends and people moves and update everything in SalesForce
- Effective organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
