About THE ROLE

The Director of Marketing, Hub North is responsible for leading Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Omni-Channel Brand Marketing. Job Description

The Role:  

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead and accelerate YES’s commercial growth in the UK and international markets. This is a key leadership role for a high-performing, strategic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build on a strong foundation to drive the next stage of expansion. 

This individual will oversee UK retail and professional sales, build deep partnerships with medical and healthcare professionals, and deliver impactful marketing strategies that strengthen YES’s brand presence and commercial performance. 


This is a remote position, reporting directly into the CEO. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Sales Leadership  

  • Lead the development and execution of the UK commercial strategy across retail, pharmacy, e-commerce, and healthcare channels. 
  • Manage and grow key retail partnerships, including Boots and other major accounts. 
  • Drive sell-through and develop action plans to support velocity/productivity 
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships. 
  • Set, track, and deliver on ambitious sales targets and KPIs. 

Healthcare Marketing & Engagement  

  • Build and execute strategies to engage healthcare and medical professionals, driving education, recommendation, and advocacy for YES products. 
  • Develop marketing materials and programs tailored to healthcare audiences, including doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders. 
  • Represent the brand at relevant medical, wellness, and professional events. 

Brand & Marketing Strategy  

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness, conversion, and brand love. 
  • Oversee digital marketing, trade marketing, and consumer engagement strategies. 
  • Collaborate closely with the global team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets. 

Leadership & Collaboration  

  • Build and manage a high-performing UK sales and marketing function, noting that you must be excited about getting into the details prior to building a team. 
  • Work closely with the Global CEO and leadership team to align commercial priorities with overall brand strategy. 
  • Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations. 


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in sales and marketing leadership within personal care, wellness, or healthcare sectors. 
  • Demonstrated success in marketing to medical and healthcare professionals. 
  • Strong account management background with major retail customers (e.g., Boots, major pharmacy chains, or similar). 
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and building brand presence. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. 
  • Based in the UK and able to travel occasionally for key meetings and events.
