Overview
The Global Digital Enablement & Commercialisation team is looking for a Director, Agentic Commerce Acceptance to drive the global Go To Market(GTM) and execution of Agentic Commerce working with teams across our global enterprise. The ideal candidate will embrace ambiguity and drive clarity by establishing strong, executable product vision and go to market strategies, bringing people together to execute. They should be highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and execution focused.

The Role
Define what will be needed to scale Agentic Commerce acceptance; outlining GTM and commercialisation strategies based on internal & external data, insights and customer feedback; providing recommendations for senior management on key focus areas, as required.
Become a true product expert in Agentic Commerce; representing Mastercard's global product view in key customer conversations
Build and manage a robust pipeline of customers across the acceptance ecosystem (merchants, acquirers and channel partners such as gateways, PSPs, Payment facilitators and ISVs).
Monitor the emerging Agentic Acceptance landscape for potential new partners and partner types who might accelerate scale and adoption. What do you think?
Establish a strong customer feedback loop to further evolve product needs and scale Agentic commerce
Utilize market research, tap into your expanding network and lead assessments to validate new ideas and concepts

Who You Are:
- 10+ years of product management experience in fintech; deep knowledge of US payment systems and cash clearing networks is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to translate technical APIs into impactful user stories.
- Hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in settlement flow design.
- Data-informed decision-making combined with a user-centric perspective.
- Passion for crafting exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.
