Job Description

As a Director - Sales Global Accounts EMEA, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and profitability of the EMEA Global Accounts sales region. You will be accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals through direction, organization, coordination, communication and development of Global Accounts Managers (GAMS) through collaborative selling with outside sales, inside sales and business development sales professional globally.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develops and administers sales plan to ensure customer satisfaction, assigned quota attainment, and highly skilled and motivated staff.
+ Achieves annual sales and gross profit plan by implementing sales strategies and analyzing trends and results in conjunction with regional and business unit management team.
+ Establishes sales objectives.
+ Forecasts expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product lines and customers.
+ Ensures establishment and expansion of national, regional, and local supplier relationships.
+ Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with market supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
+ Coordinates order service by directing account representatives on quotations, proposals, project order management techniques, and customer complaint resolution.
+ Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
+ Maintains sales staff results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
+ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
+ Forecasts and communicates intricate details to senior management.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree - Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
+ 7+ years of related industry professional sales
+ 5+ years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level
+ Working knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze, initiate and implement sales strategies to achieve forecasted goals
+ Understands competitive landscape, market insights and effectively communicates across key internal and external stakeholders
+ Proven success in for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
+ Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to exercise teamwork, leadership, and flexibility
+ Excellent time management and computer skills
+ Ability to travel 50%
**Working Environment:** Outside Sales - Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee will need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities throughout the EMEA region. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts. Air and train travel is required. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Position Location - Reside in the EMEA regions with good transport links.

Role
- The Business Development Role for Mastercard Data and Services is focused on building industry network to drive the sales process for the Personalization SaaS platform (Dynamic Yield) focused on retail & commerce as well as FI clients
- Leverage existing industry network to create pipeline opportunities and close deals with a focus on long-term and in-year revenue
- Responsible for bringing in incremental new sales in specified geography as well as renew/upsell to existing base of assigned set of customers

TD Securities works with clients around the world, and our services include the underwriting and distribution of new debt and equity issues, providing advice on strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and executing daily trading and investment needs.
The Equity Options team has employees in US, Canada, Europe and Asia and is part of Global Equity Derivatives (GED) within the TD Securities Global Markets Sales and Trading business. The new Director will cover London clients spanning pension funds, asset managers, ETF providers, hedge funds and retail investment advisors. The team specializes in US and Canadian OTC and listed options on single stocks, ETFs and indices. Maturities range from short-dated up to 5 years in term.
The new Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Equity Options sales franchise with clients based in London and worldwide with the aim of growing commission revenues, market share, and our overall market presence. Daily responsibilities include evaluation of markets, development of trading strategies, client facilitation, content creation, and analysis. All these will be done within the GED-specific risk limits and policies, in the context of the wider TD Top of the House Risk Appetite and the prevailing Regulatory Framework.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Developing the Options Sales strategic objectives and growth strategies.
+ Provides expert knowledge of market data, economic information and key industry developments as well as regulatory standards at all times to assist in client service. Position develops and maintains contacts with market participants
+ Help produce relevant options market commentary, content and trade ideas
+ Build interest in the US options market domestically and internationally
+ Educate our potential client base including asset and portfolio managers about the benefits of options trading
+ Work closely with trading on marketing strategy, opportunistic sales to enhance trading revenue
+ Maintain relationships with portfolio managers as well as option execution teams
+ Optimize existing client relationships as well as pursue new clients
+ Collaborate across the dealer in identifying and pursuing potential clients, that includes working with the Cash Equities, GED Structured Products, ETF and Delta One teams, among others.
+ Observes strict adherence personally and at a desk level to the firm's procedures
+ Understands and will comply with TD Securities Policies, regulatory and compliance requirements
+ Demonstrate governance, control and risk management behaviors in alignment with TD policies and practices
Education & Experience
+ Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics
+ Experience with Bloomberg, SpiderRock, Wex, and FT
+ 8+ years related applicable industry experience
+ Must be detail oriented and possess problem-solving skills
+ Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and establish priorities
+ Proficient in interpersonal communication (both oral and written), and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
+ Successful candidate will have to complete as needed various regulatory registration courses

As a Sales Leader in Acoustic, you will be leading a team of Account Executives, Account Managers and Business Development Representatives selling Acoustic Connect to a clearly defined ICP across EMEA. Acoustic Connect uniquely combines behavioral experience insights (BX) with multichannel marketing, and personalized journey orchestration in a first of its kind, all-in-one marketing platform.

Your Impact

  • Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training on sales rigor and sales processes
  • Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins creating a high-performance sales culture.
  • Provide support and mentorship to direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings, engaging other corporate resources as required.
  • Advancing the sales skillset of your team by leading custom sales training programs, group workshops, role plays and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Responsibility for territory sales quota.
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management.
  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team and tracking of results.
  • Actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities.
  • Develop and implement successful sales campaigns.
  • Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations.
  • Develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success, working closely with sales management, sales enablement, marketing, finance, and legal teams.

  • Lead quarterly business reviews to discuss team performance against goals and drive accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ yrs of first line sales leadership experience leading a team of at least 6 quota carrying sales professionals. In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Proven, successful experience in leading Account Executives & Business Development Representatives, leading them to success.
  • Prior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A self-starter that thrives in a fast paced environment
