Working Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

This is a service for Adults with different degrees of Learning Disabilities 

Some with Physical needs and dual diognosis 

The Aim is to try and meet the identified needs of an individual so that they can develop new skills and lead an independant life as possible.

Integrating into the community and using facilities in the community

To be considered for this role:

• Must have at least 3 years experience working in a learning disabilities day centre
