Duties include but not limited to:

- Create and manage delivery schedules, route plans and booking slots

- Collate all documents ready for shipments

Ideally you will:
- Have experience in a shipping/logistics role

As a Parts Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our logistical operations, ensuring that every part arrives exactly where it needs to be—on time, every time. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our race performance, helping our drivers and strategists maximize their potential on the track.
- Work closely with the transport team to manage and prepare last-minute part deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, and meticulously organize parts for delayed shipments.
- Coordinate hand luggage shipments in collaboration with Project Delivery, race parts logistics, and stores.
- Pack, seal, and load airfreight for late deliveries, ensuring secure and efficient transportation.
- Prepare and issue export documentation based on case packing details.
- Collaborate with the track logistics department to ensure smooth delivery and logistics at race events.
- Assist with annual inventory checks to maintain precise stock records.
- Oversee the receipt of returned parts from race events and ensure their efficient handover to relevant departments.

- Basic component knowledge and computer skills are required - processing customer orders.
- Accurate picking and scanning of products using our in-house system.
- Pack customer orders to a high standard ensuring relevant documents are attached where necessary.
- Visual quality check of systems before dispatching to ensure perfect condition.
- Sort parcels into the correct courier locations.
- Palletise bulk orders and specialised computers.
- Load orders onto wagons at end of day following the courier scan process.
