Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to work for our lovely friendly client in Taplow. This exciting opportunity will be reporting to the Dispatch Manager, helping run the pallet delivery operation.

8.30am - 5.30pm
4 weeks holiday (rising to 5 after 1 year) plus Bank Holidays
GBP30k to GBP36k per annum
Duties of the Dispatch Coordinator:
- Help looking after 12 vehicles and over 200 pallet deliveries and collections each day.
- Route planning.
- Delivery issue resolution.
- Driver allocation and coordination.
- Transport filing systems.
- Administration.
Requirements of the Dispatch Coordinator:
- Must have 1 year experience in HGV or courier operations and coordination.
- Must have good geographical knowledge of SL and UB Postcodes and surrounding counties.
- Proven experience in pallet or parcel distribution.
- Familiar with transportation management systems.
- Excellent admin skills.
- Excellent communication skills - delivering clear and precise instructions.
- Route planning experience.
- Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent IT skills (using three screens to work from).
- Fork lift experience an advantage.
- Experience managing over 10 drivers previously.

In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Fleet Managers through the fulfillment of multiple customers specific contractual commitments, in a profitable manner. The Fleet Management Supervisor has primary responsibility for managing the assigned Fleet Management team, the team's Customer and Dealer partnerships, Dealer profitability results, in addition to directly managing some Fleet Management agreements as assigned.

+ Support, development, and supervision of Fleet Managers to provide the best customer experience possible.
+ Oversight of the EPP Compliance Management program
+ Achieving alignment of various parties at Caterpillar, Dealers, and key end-user personnel.
+ Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships necessary to effectively execute Fleet Management objectives
