Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational oversight and leadership across the care homes
  • Support and mentor Home Managers to deliver exceptional care and compliance outcomes
  • Ensure regulatory standards are met and exceeded
  • Act as the visible face of operations across the region
  • Contribute to senior management and board meetings (based at Head Office)
  • Lead by example, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive culture






Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-site management within the care sector (residential or nursing)

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, this is a full time on site role (no remote working)

The Regional Manager role:

Part of the Trafficking and Exploitation Survivors' Service in Scotland, the Regional Manager is a dynamic and supportive role at Migrant Help.   • Line management, supervision and appraisal of direct reports and leading on team meetings and staff engagement activities.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, management, and development of the TESS operational team, ensuring a high performing, highly motivated and engaged team who will contribute to organisational success.
  • Managing workload allocation and delegating work appropriately ensuring effective delivery of service across the region and in line with contractual, legal, and organisational requirements.
  • Primary contact and operational lead for stakeholder engagement in the region; engaging with key stakeholders including but not limited to, Scottish Government, Police Scotland, Statutory Services, Local Authorities, NGOs etc.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relations with key partners throughout Scotland, ensuring that support for clients is qualitative and joined up.
  • Incident and critical incident management responding to escalations and leading on safeguarding within the regional service.
  • Ensuring that organisational Health and Safely processes and procedures are followed.
  • Working closely with Migrant Help Facilities team to jointly manage regional facilities including offices and client accommodation.

As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, sustainable social care services across Scotland. Working within a team of senior leaders, you will oversee multiple services across your region—ensuring delivery that is human rights-based, personalised, and aligned with both Enable’s values and Scotland Government’s Coming Home agenda. We are seeking a strategic, values-driven leaders with a proven track record in delivering person-centred, high-quality services within health and social care.
