Sales Operations Manager – The Role: We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Manager to bring together our sales processes and ultimately drive new client acquisition and revenue. You will be responsible for the safety and protection of the workforce and the public. The ideal candidate with bring robust energy industry experience, particularly within operational management, and demonstrate a strong ability for engineering process management and leadership of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examination, testing and operation of the plant and the treatment, processing, keeping, storing, accumulating or carriage of any material or waste
  • Responsible to the Site Manager for efficiently scheduling the processing of wastes by the operations team to the required standard for disposal
  • Support the Maintenance Manager to deliver effective upkeep and modification of the plant through engineering control and technical support
  • Design Authority for modifications to existing plant and engineering works
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and coach new and existing staff members

Required Qualifications/Qualifications/Skills:

  • BEng in Engineering subject or HND Engineering
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
