To succeed as a Digital Marketing Manager , you'll need to show proven ability in delivering digital results alongside a passion for social, web, and data. We're looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on website optimisation, digital advertising, and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and experience achieving measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (Shopify Plus preferred) and email platforms such as MailChimp or Klaviyo.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and act on insights.
  • Creative, commercially focused mindset with strong communication skills.

We’re a fast-growing performance marketing agency specialising in retail and ecommerce brands. Our clients range from disruptive DTC startups to established global names — and we’re passionate about delivering real, measurable results across paid channels.

We're now looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. You’ll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.


What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage paid media accounts across multiple clients in the retail/ecommerce space
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Monitor performance daily, adjusting strategies to hit ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal creative teams to align messaging and landing pages
  • Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on platform changes and trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in paid media (agency or in-house, ideally in ecommerce)
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets across Meta and Google Ads (TikTok is a bonus)
  • Strong analytical mindset — confident interpreting data and spotting growth opportunities
  • Comfortable working with multiple clients and managing time efficiently
  • Clear communicator, both with clients and internal teams
  • Self-starter — you’re proactive and not afraid to take the lead
