Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our digital presence, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. As a remote leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a proven track record of successful campaign management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Oversee and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic and paid search rankings.
  • Plan and execute engaging email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences for maximum impact.
  • Manage social media presence, content calendar, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and whitepapers.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), monitoring budgets and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a remote marketing team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, essential for managing a remote team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
