Job Description
Who we are
We’re a dynamic and rapidly expanding Corporate Services Group, led by our passionate founder and CEO. With a thriving customer base of over 500,000 and consistent growth of 20% year-on-year, we're shaking up the business services space. From Company Formation and Legal Support to Virtual Offices, we provide everything businesses need to start, grow, and succeed. Profitable, innovative, and customer-obsessed, we’re on a mission to redefine how modern businesses are supported—and we’re looking for driven individuals to grow with us.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to develop, plan, build, and optimise high‑performing email campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Campaign Director and liaise with internal teams to execute campaigns end‑to‑end, from audience segmentation, copy writing/editing, and build, to QA, launch, testing, and reporting. If you love driving impactful, data-backed automated journeys that drive growth and retention, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own & Lead:
- Intake, triage, and prioritise incoming requests from internal teams; set clear timelines and expectations, communicate status, and manage approvals and stakeholders through to delivery (balancing BAU sends, automated journeys, and ad‑hoc campaigns).
- Own campaign execution across the email lifecycle: onboarding, education, cross‑sell/upsell, renewals, win‑back, newsletters, and one‑off promos.
- Build segments and dynamic audiences based on campaign requirements.
- Develop automated workflows and triggered programs (e.g., multi‑step drips, event‑based journeys, transactional/operational comms).
- Write and edit clear, on‑brand copy; assemble emails with modular templates; collaborate with content/design on visuals and tone.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests (subject lines, content, timing, offers); document insights, roll out winners, and apply learnings to campaign strategy
- Monitor and improve deliverability (list hygiene, sunsetting, domain authentication, IP/warmup strategy); manage consent and preferences (GDPR).
- Report on performance (deliverability, engagement, conversions, revenue impact); create dashboards and translate insights into actions.
- Enforce QA checklists to ensure campaigns are responsive and accessible.
- Support broader omni‑channel campaigns (email + SMS) and contribute to continuous program innovation.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years executing high‑performing email programs in a B2B, services, or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience with marketing automation/ESP platforms (Customer.io preferred; experience with Braze/Iterable/Klaviyo/HubSpot a plus).
- Skilled at building automated journeys, event‑based triggers, and complex segmentation.
- Strong grasp of email best practices: copywriting, design, segmentation, personalisation, deliverability, accessibility, consent and data privacy (GDPR).
- Proficient in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance analysis (UTMs, attribution basics).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and modular template systems; familiarity with Litmus/Email on Acid is a plus.
- Data fluency: confident in building reports and dashboards; basic SQL or API/webhook familiarity is a bonus.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; strong attention to detail; keen eye for brand consistency.
- Working knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other compliance requirements.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and CRM teams.
- Organised self‑starter who can manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Team player attitude, with a willingness to support and take direction from senior marketing leads.
- Proactive and curious, staying current with email marketing trends, tools, and emerging best practices
Who You’ll Be Working With
You’ll be surrounded by passionate, talented changemakers with big ambitions—not just for our business but for our world. Our teams are based remotely and on-site in London and Glasgow, and you’ll be the critical cultural connector between them all. We're a company striving for best-in-class service through empathy, integrity, and innovation—and we want you to be the voice and leader who helps us get there.
Equal Opportunities
1st Formations is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We consider all applicants for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, criminal history, disability, or gender identity. We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply. If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please let us know.

Job Description
About Adfix
Adfix is a digital agency focused on helping premium streetwear fashion brands in the U.S. build long-lasting customer relationships. We specialize in media, CRM, retention, and customer journey optimization —turning clicks into loyalty. Our clients include brands that shape culture and define trends, and we expect the same cultural fluency from our team.
Our Core ValuesClient-First Decisions : Every choice—creative, budget, or timing—flows from the question: Is this the right thing for the client's business? We focus on measurable wins that prioritize client results.
Proactive Ownership : We spot issues early, jump in to fix them, and see projects through until the value is proven. We don’t wait for problems to be flagged.
Transparency & Integrity : We explain results in plain language, backed by data. We keep promises, tell hard truths, own mistakes quickly, and never cherry-pick.
Win–Win Mentality : We collaborate openly, share knowledge, and focus on expanding collective success rather than individual wins.
The RoleWe are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can design, build, and optimize email campaigns for U.S.-based premium fashion brands. You’ll collaborate with our creative strategist, designers, and copywriters to deliver emails that are on-brand, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.
This is not a “set up and blast” role. You will be expected to:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing).
- Optimize performance : Improve click-through rates, conversions, and retention through data-driven insights.
- Stay on-culture : Adapt tone, design direction, and content to resonate with U.S. streetwear consumers.
- Collaborate across functions : Work with design and copy teams to create high-quality, premium-feel campaigns.
Your campaigns should feel like they could come straight from brands such as Highsnobiety, Aimé Leon Dore, Represent, or Kith .
Here are samples of the type and quality of content we expect:
- Highsnobiety: HS05 Collection
- Highsnobiety: New Arrivals
- Aimé Leon Dore: Resort Shirt
- Aimé Leon Dore: New Arrivals
- Represent: Worn by the Founders
- Represent: Launching Tomorrow
- Kith: This Week at Kith
Requirements
- Native-level English writing and editing skills.
- Deep familiarity with U.S. streetwear & premium fashion culture.
- Strong experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, personalization).
- Experience with Shopify (plus if you know basic HTML/CSS for email).
- Portfolio of previous work for fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear brands .
- Analytical mindset: ability to track KPIs and iterate on performance.
- Accountability & responsibility – you take ownership of tasks and you are committed to complete them in time.
- Availability to work full time, during European hours. Core availability should be maintained Monday-Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM CET, with some flex time in the morning.
- Professional references will be requested upon successful interview to move forward.
Benefits
- Remote-first culture: work from anywhere, flexible working hours.
- Competitive salary.
- Uncapped growth opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- 20 days paid time off (pro-rated for less than full-time positions).
- Paid annual team meet-ups at exciting locations.
- Work-from-home perks.
