Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full email marketing strategy using Klaviyo
- Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandonment, re-engagement, etc.)
- Write clear, engaging, conversion-focused email copy aligned to the brand voice
- Manage campaign scheduling, segmentation, and deliverability
- Analyse performance data (open rates, CTR, revenue per send, etc.) and optimise accordingly
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling assets
- Ensure all communications are GDPR-compliant and follow best practices
- Contribute ideas and strategies for growing the channel as part of a wider marketing effort
About You:
- 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in a B2C environment
- Proven expertise in Klaviyo, including automations, segmentation, and analytics
- Strong copywriting skills with a commercial, customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently and owning the channel end to end
- Confident in a small, agile team and open to working closely with directors
- Experience in small-to-medium-sized businesses is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and a drive for continuous testing and optimisation

What you’ll bring to the table : The Email Marketing Automation Specialist will play a key role working within the marketing team to support automation planning and execution, particularly as the client prepares to launch a new loyalty programme. You will be a specialist in marketing automation platforms and will build and implement the marketing automation and trigger plans for the loyalty scheme, alongside developing reporting around automated emails.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo (experience with Marketo is not essential)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with email marketing platforms
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting related to email automation
- Experience in strategy and planning for marketing automation campaigns
- Copywriting skills to support campaign communications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent AND Digital positively and build strong working relationships
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers building email templates and contribute to a seamless delivery of marketing automation initiatives
