Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution for e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and user requirements.
  • Optimize user journeys for conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products and e-commerce.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX/UI design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration.
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
