  • Support and consult product teams to optimize our products and services and shape the go-to-market narrative.
  • Define, test and optimize business and pricing models with attractive offerings for key clients or partners and profitability contribution for Sportradar
  • Be part of Sportradar's core global ad:s team, as well as the wider Global Sales Organization, collaborating and sharing best practices as you establish and shape the company's global advertising strategy
  • Actively engage in the sports betting and casino advertising ecosystem, interact with key players, establish key relationships and gain deep understanding of the setup and needs of all stakeholders
  • Represent the division and company externally at events and meetings
  • Both domestic and international travel is required

ABOUT YOU:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in delivering digital marketing solutions. Having worked with or within a marketing department of a major sportsbook is highly beneficial
  • Strong background in consultative sales and marketing, with demonstrated success growing business and building long-term relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Understanding of ad-facing business models- particularly programmatic advertising, paid social and paid search
  • Understanding of the sports betting eco-system in North America
  • Passionate about sports and iGaming

Salary & Earnings Potential: £29,000 DOE with uncapped commission - OTE £50k+

We are looking for highly motivated people with great communication skills to join our team as Digital Advertising Consultants. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on engaging prospective customers via profiled but often cold leads, talking to them about their digital marketing needs, and recommending solutions that will deliver real value for their business. An already accomplished sales professional, you need to be highly organised, able to learn quickly, and be digitally savvy.

Start date: 3rd November

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm, no weekends - Please ensure you can commit to the required working hours for this role before submitting your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Key Opportunities: Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to recommend tailored solutions for targeted customer profiles, driving meaningful engagement and results.
  • End-to-End Digital Advertising Management: Lead the process of recommending, securing, onboarding, and managing digital advertising solutions, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Product Development: Partner closely with product development teams to ensure marketing solutions meet and exceed customer expectations, optimising effectiveness and user experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Continuously monitor product performance, providing clients with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that maximise return on investment (ROI) and campaign success.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive edge and offer innovative solutions to clients.
