Your role

As a SAP Enable Now Learning Consultant, you’ll work on a range of SAP projects across industries. You will understand our client’s business needs and creatively shape and deliver learning solutions using SAP Enable Now to meet those needs.

You will work with our clients and Capgemini colleagues to deliver sustainable business change that realises the business outcomes by developing and implementing learning strategies, needs analysis and programs and designing learning courses. Typically, our approach centres on technology enabled change, from large-scale ERP programmes to smaller, digital application development and everything in between. You’ll need to be comfortable working in both waterfall and agile methods of transformation.

Within your role as SAP Enable Now Learning Consultant, you will:

• Work alongside our clients to address the learning aspects of SAP package implementations utilising SAP Enable Now

• Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and our own teams

• Be seen as a SAP Enable Now subject matter expert and help us continuously improve our learning offer

• Take an active part in sales and pre-sales activity; developing credentials and contributing to bids

• Mentor and develop our people, particularly our early and emerging talent

Your skills and experience

As a SAP Enable Now Learning Consultant, you will have experience of working with SAP Enable Now to meet learning needs and you will be able to plan, design and implement the delivery of learning solutions using this tool.

You will want to collaborate with our clients to understand the needs of their business and its customers and then identify, design and implement learning solutions and technology products that will allow them to achieve their business goals. You will have demonstrable consulting skills and be adept at engaging all key stakeholders to make sure that the learning will drive adoption outcomes.

Experience of ERP transformation is desirable; including process knowledge for learning content creation and practical design and content authoring for digital adoption platforms

Your security clearance

**Job Summary:**
As the Senior Change & Training Consultant you will be responsible for leading and managing change activities confidently across IT led transformation programmes, ensuring that all impacted stakeholders are engaged, supported, and prepared for change. Working with our proven methods for each implementation type you will apply relevant approach for the change activities agreed within the relevant Statements of Work.
**Supervisory Responsibilities:**
+ Depending upon the programme you may or may not have supervisory responsibility for other OCM professionals who may be part of the NDBS OCM team or part of the client organisation.
**Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Act as a key member of the project team, working closely with client stakeholders to assist the successful delivery of change initiatives.
+ Apply the OCM methodology to manage and deliver change activities in line with programme objectives to deliver high-quality Business Change deliverables on time, in line with programme plans and statements of work (SOW).
+ Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure alignment and commitment across the organisation.
+ Provide leadership and direction to change teams where required, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
+ Provide technical support for Change and Training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe) when required.
+ Share knowledge and best practices within the wider OCM team to enhance methodologies and approaches.
