- Significant experience in online learning development and instructional design.
- Proficiency with major e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of multimedia development principles and practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading development teams or projects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a fully remote environment.
