The role:
All our recruitment consultants start out as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks.
We will train you to:
- Understand the requirements of our key clients
- Find candidates through job boards and advertising
- Qualify the candidates over the phone
- Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
- Build a personal brand through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn
You will then have the opportunity to go 360, meaning you:
- Work the full recruitment life cycle
- Generate leads and develop relationships with companies to win new business for yourself and Plexus

You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one and will start your career with us on an initial 12 week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team. You will become a recruitment specialist in one of our division’s; Human Resources, Social Housing or Property Management and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
- Sourcing, screening, short-listing and providing consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
- Multi-tasking and prioritising workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
- Working alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect’.
