We are looking for a dynamic and Early Years Teacher to provide hands-on operational support across Footsteps Nursery Fradley . This pivotal role focuses on upholding high-quality standards, supporting staff teams, ensuring child safety and wellbeing, and helping manage day-to-day operational challenges, including staffing and ratios.

As a Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:

- Ensure EYFS and other regulatory frameworks are consistently met
- Support the administration of medication and maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans
