The Team
The Pure Play & eCommerce Team at PVH plays a crucial role in expanding PVH's reach beyond the Retail Brick & Mortar landscape (for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein), building and nurturing strong partnerships with external partners, and driving revenue growth through bulk sales. Our team is dedicated to developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale clients, including independent retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers. Our Wholesale teams focus on understanding our customer's needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. Through strategic sales planning, market analysis, and excellent customer service, we ensure we meet our customers' needs, while strengthening our company's position in the market. Whether working with long-term clients or onboarding new accounts, our team is committed to delivering exceptional value and fostering lasting business relationships.

The team collaborates closely with other EMEA Hubs, with Planning and Merchandising Teams (both within Hub and within EMEA), as well as with Operations, Financial Controlling and Business Development to steer the Business and grow both brands. In addition, the team aligns with Hub and EMEA Marketing teams for both brands, on how to bring our brand visibility to the shop floor and drive commercial as well as brand needs.

The Position
The Director Pure Play & eCommerce is a Strategic executive, part of the PVH North Hub leadership team and responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and strategic direction with Pure Play eCommerce partners across North Hub markets. The role oversees sales, account management, and go-to-market execution for TH and CK products sold through Pure Play and eCommerce partners. As a senior leader, the Director serves as a bridge between the brand and its partners, ensuring consistency of brands, strong commercial performance, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy definition and expansion: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Hub North Pure Play wholesale channel, in alignment with the overarching Hub North commercial strategy and objectives and the wider EMEA / Global business vision and strategy. Set revenue targets, channel goals and market share objectives to drive performance across all territories within the North Hub.
  • Business development and partner identification: Identify and penetrate new markets and partners, adapting wholesale models to fit regional nuances and opportunities.
  • Financial accountability, management, and forecasting: Own and drive the North Hub Pure Play wholesale P&L, overseeing delivery against revenue and profitability targets across Pure Play wholesale channels. Collaborate with finance and planning teams to build accurate sales forecasts.
  • Account performance and profitability: Monitor account profitability and partner compliance.
  • Sales leadership: Negotiate terms, pricing, assortment, and seasonal buys to optimise revenue and brand representation.
  • Market intelligence and innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities and retail innovation to proactively adapt and inform the strategy of the North Hub. Identify and evaluate new partner opportunities or technology platforms to improve the North Hub Wholesale strategy.
  • Contribution to business strategy: Input into the North Hub commercial strategy and planning process
  • Partner and account management: Build and maintain partner relationships, increasing the reach of PVH within the market for the North Hub. Manage and lead strategic negotiations with eCommerce partners
  • Team management and performance: Lead mentor and inspire the Pure Play team within the North Hub, ensuring high performance, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth
  • Revenue and Margin management: Set, manage and achieve ambitious sales targets, overseeing pricing decisions and managing budgets to maximise profitability
  • Collaboration and effective ways of working: Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient ways of working, collaboration, and effective decision-making

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience (with minimum 5 years in a leadership role) in Wholesale, preferably in a Global fashion consumer or lifestyle brand
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, and global account growth.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial, and financial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of regional retail landscapes across EMEA with deep understanding of the UK, Netherlands and Nordics Markets
  • Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
