They are looking for someone who is sporty and happy helping in PE lessons as well as out on sports trips. 

The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages. A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.

The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will have:

• Experience working with children in a school setting
• Experience working with students of all key stages
• Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent desirable
• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent understanding of child development and pedagogy.
• Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in using relevant IT systems for record-keeping and communication.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years.
• Develop and implement high-quality early years curriculum and pedagogical approaches, aligned with the Foundation Phase framework.
