As an Educational Support Worker, you will work closely with the class teacher to guide students in working towards their targets and providing them with a calm and happy environment which will enable pupils to thrive in their individual development.

The role

You’ll be joining the UK team and responsible for selling all membership programs. You’ll work with Schools & Nurseries in small MATs/LAs (up to 5 schools in a group). You’ll have a dedicated territory and a clear view of your target market. Sales will come from a mix of new business and up/cross-selling to existing customers. Your leads will roughly be a 50/50 split between marketing generated leads and your own lead generation.

As an Education Sales Executive, your primary goal is to drive new revenue within your assigned pipeline by engaging with key decision-makers and understanding their needs.

Day to day includes:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators through the promotion of company solutions.
