Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the West Midlands who are seeking to hire an Education/SEN lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months to start within the next month.
The position would require someone to attend irregular court hearings, aside from that the post can be worked on a fully remote basis,
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 3 years PQE,
- Have previous experience with SEN appeals, exclusions, tribunals,
- Be able to hold a diverse caseload also inclusive of s4441s and JRs,
- Be comfortable working autonomously in a small team,
- Prior local authority experience, while not essential, would be preferable.
