Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for Religious Education, the ability to inspire critical thinking, and a deep commitment to pastoral care. You should also demonstrate:

A good Honours degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related field

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE with QTS or equivalent)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) to join our dynamic secondary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator with a strong background in special educational needs and leadership to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE in Secondary Education
- Proven leadership experience within an educational setting
- Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current legislation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and support staff in delivering inclusive education
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic development of the school's SEN policy and provision
- Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day operation of the SEN policy
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to support students with special educational needs
- Lead on the identification of students with SEN and ensure appropriate interventions are in place
- Provide professional guidance to colleagues and contribute to staff training and development
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN provision and report to senior leadership

We are Recruiting Cleaners for an Education Location in Exmouth EX3 for our Client. The client is a Facilities Management Company.
Pay Rate: £13.00
Hours of work: 15.00 - 18.00
Days of Work: Monday to Friday, Term Time only
Ongoing contract
Start date: As soon as possible
What you will be doing
Basic Cleaning, Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, disinfecting areas needed in classrooms, bathrooms, break out areas. Some Training provided on site by the client.
What you will need to apply for this role
6 months minimum cleaning experience
Must be able to get to the site for the required start time
You will need an enhanced Child DBS, we can apply for this if you don't have one.
