Job Title: Account Manager - Education recruitment

Salary: £26,000 - £8,000 + uncapped commission

A hybrid model of working from the office and home

Source Supply Ltd is a dynamic, award-winning education recruitment agency supporting schools across the Middlesborough area. Due to continued and unprecedented growth, we are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking an account manager to work alongside the Branch Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and filling their staffing needs with high-quality education professionals. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships with schools and multi academy trust's, understanding their recruitment challenges, and matching them with the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of school and MAT's across a designated geographical area.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g. Headteachers, Business Managers).
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively source and place suitable teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
  • Work closely with the manager and safeguarding team to match he perfect candidates.
  • Monitor and ensure high levels of candidate satisfaction and client retention.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in account management (preferably in education).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance requirements in education recruitment.
  • Full UK driving licence (for client visits).

Desirable:

  • Experience working within the education recruitment sector.
  • Knowledge of local education frameworks and MAT's
  • Experience using recruitment CRMs and candidate tracking systems.
