Summary: The Education Intern will be responsible for supporting the Education Team in delivering impactful training experiences across UK & EU. You will play a key role in logistics coordination, stock management, digital education support and budget tracking. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast paced, global brand while contributing to the education and advocacy of our iconic products.
This is a full time position (weekends are subject to the needs of the business).
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Training Support
- Coordinate and manage the ordering and shipment of gifts, training kits and gratis to Sales & Education Executives, retail partners, production agencies & Beauty Advisors across the UK & EU ahead of product launches and education events or webinars.
- Ensure timely delivery of training materials, uniforms & tools to support seamless roll out of educational activities.
- Support large scale trainings in the UK (UK Seasonal School, Boots Conference etc.)
Stock & Supplies Management
- Maintain organized and well stocked Education cupboard in the office, ensuring supplies (Product, merch & tools) are readily available for all events and trainings.
Travel & Accommodation Booking
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Education HQ team, ensuring all logistics align with event and visits timelines and budgets.
Financial & Budget Tracking
- Raise purchase orders for all related events & activities.
- Maintain and update the Education budget tracker weekly.
- Participate in monthly meetings with the Director Global Education to report on expenditures and provide financial updates.
Digital Education Support
- Oversee the translation process for all digital education materials.
- Work collaboratively to distribute translated content in alignment with local market needs with the support of the Sales & Education Executives.
eLearning Development & Analysis
- Support the development and optimization of eLearning Modules.
- Ensure employee information is updated and manage onboarding of new starters onto the platform.
- Analyse engagement and performance data from eLearning modules and share with the relevant stakeholders.
