The service is a highly rewarding setting to work in, with a close-knit supportive team of staff.
The Education Lead at Marydale Lodge leads a small teach of specialist teachers and support staff to offer highly personalised education to young people with complex needs. Our education provision has seen sustained improvement over recent years, and we are now looking for a highly skilled and committed leader to work with our dedicated team to consolidate this work. Our education team works alongside highly specialist care and health teams to provide holistic support for young people.
Experience & Skills of an Education Lead:
