I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a small refurbishment of a nursery in the Kent / East Sussex area for a main contractor. The project is a live refurbishment of an existing internal area and making alterations to previously undertaken work in preparation for the start of the new term.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. DBS will be required for the role.
