The role

You’ll be joining the UK team and responsible for selling all membership programs. You’ll work with Schools & Nurseries in small MATs/LAs (up to 5 schools in a group). You’ll have a dedicated territory and a clear view of your target market. Sales will come from a mix of new business and up/cross-selling to existing customers. Your leads will roughly be a 50/50 split between marketing generated leads and your own lead generation.

As an Education Sales Executive, your primary goal is to drive new revenue within your assigned pipeline by engaging with key decision-makers and understanding their needs.

Day to day includes:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators through the promotion of company solutions.
• Conducting high-volume outreach and daily calls to establish a strong sales pipeline and secure deals, including prospecting via LinkedIn or other prospecting tools
• Demonstrating expertise in the market, products, and competitor landscape
• Effective management of sales opportunities and adherence to established sales processes
• Delivering platform demonstrations to showcase product features during the sales process
• Providing accurate individual forecasts for revenue and opportunity tracking
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) for efficient administration
• Leveraging social media for marketing communication and attending events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation

• Research and develop evidence-based curriculum frameworks and learning resources for children aged 0-5.
• Design and deliver engaging online training modules and workshops for early years educators.
• Provide expert advice and support to childcare settings on curriculum implementation, pedagogy, and assessment.
• Stay current with national and international research in early childhood education and translate findings into practical applications.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and resources, making recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts to create innovative educational solutions.
• Develop content for online learning platforms, publications, and promotional materials.
• Advocate for the importance of high-quality early years education.
• Contribute to policy development and engage with stakeholders in the sector.
• Undertake projects related to specific areas of early childhood development, such as literacy, numeracy, or social-emotional learning.

• A degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD is highly desirable.
• Significant experience working directly within the early years sector, ideally in a leadership or advisory capacity.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.
• In-depth knowledge of developmental psychology and learning theories relevant to early childhood.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and inspiring content.
• Proficiency in using digital learning tools and platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.
• Passion for improving outcomes for young children.
